  • To maintain a formal tone of communication.

Features of a Good Notice

  • Formal, polite, and clear language.
  • Word limit: About 50 words (as per AHSEC).
  • Must mention event name, date, time, venue.

  • Use third person or passive voice (avoid using “I” or “We”).
  • Should be written inside a box.

Format of a Notice
